Subject	any suggestions on quieter engine accessories?

Message	Just wondering if anyone has ever done anything to combat an engine bay full of whirring noises. Nothing sounds, terrible, but its much louder then your average car and i would like to quiet it down some. Im assuming it ps/ac/alt noise. Any suggestions? is there a rule of thumb for belt tightening? Antihero These 2530's ain't half bad ;)
